This is a oem Marine starter from Mercruiser it made by Delco Remy and stamped in the case. The solenoid is also attached and working. There isn't anything wrong with this starter that I know of and it was working when removed.

It also is stamped 3m13 and has a sticker that printed J1171 Marine. The case does have some surface rust.
